Meet Dr Rupam Kademani DMD
Dr. Rupam Kademani DMD received her Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Birmingham, UK in 1993. She practiced in the UK for 5 years until 1998. She moved to the US after marrying her husband and graduated with DMD degree from the University of Pennsylvania. After graduating she has worked in private dental practice in Pennsylvania and Minnesota. She worked in the wonderful towns of Chatfield and Zumbrota when her husband worked at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. Since 2010 she has owned and exclusively practiced at Minnesota Dental Group in Robbinsdale.
Dr. Kademani chose a career in dentistry which she considers to be a unique combination of art and science. She enjoys caring for patients and providing comprehensive dental services to patients of all ages. She enjoys practicing in a caring and empathetic manner and focuses on optimizing every patients general and oral health.
Dr. Kademani believes in caring for every patient as she would her own family. Dr. Kademani specializes in all aspects of cosmetic and general dentistry. She also volunteers her time to help underserved patients without access to dental care at Sharing and Caring Hands Clinic in Minneapolis.
In her free time, Dr. Kademani enjoys traveling, cooking and spending time with her 2 school age children and husband.
Meet Dr Teo Platikanova DDS
Dr. Teo Platikanova received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of MN School of Dentistry. Following her graduation, she moved to Milwaukee, WI, where she completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry Program from the Marquette University School of Dentistry. During her experience there, she had the chance to explore many topics in all different specialties of dentistry, in addition to getting involved in small research projects and teaching undergraduate dental students.
Dr. Teo returned to the Twin Cities last summer, where she lives and practices close to family and friends. In the Spring of 2011, Dr. Teo joined the team of MN Dental Group, where she enjoys doing all kinds of dental procedures and welcomes patients of all ages.
In her spare time, Dr. Teo likes to stay active, by taking dancing, group fitness and yoga classes. She likes working on artistic projects and mastering unique crafts, like wood burning and calligraphy.
